| Smoky Mountain Nut House - Honey Roasted Pecans |
| We start with premium mammoth pecan halves slowly roasted with mountain sourwood honey, sugar, and pure vanilla extract. They are heated to exactly 300 degrees. The flavors are added slowly to swirl and blend into the pecans allowing them to absorb and glaze each nut perfectly. The pecans are then removed from the kettle to separate and cool. Each pecan is perfectly glazed. The result is a taste sensation that is better than Grandma's old fashioned pecan pie! |
